Box Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Manager - Service

Now for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Calgary.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Service

Now CSM projects and programmes.

Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and dependencies.

Drive stakeholder engagement and business requirement alignment.

Facilitate workshops to define solution requirements and priorities.

Coordinate developers, architects, analysts, testers and vendors.

Monitor project health, risks, issues and mitigation activities.

Ensure adherence to AESO Solution Delivery Life

Cycle.

Provide executive reporting, status updates and delivery metrics.

Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Service

Now project management experience.

Minimum 7 years managing enterprise technology or transformation projects.

Proven experience delivering Service

Now implementations and enhancements.
