This position is pivotal in supporting the Chief of Psychiatry and clinical management at Surrey Place. You will play a key role in research coordination, ensuring data integrity and facilitating communication among clients and partner organizations. Your contributions will impact quality improvement initiatives and program evaluations aligned with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support various research activities and maintain data integrity
• Triage client waitlists and manage client files




• Facilitate communication with clients and caregivers effectively
• Coordinate meetings with partner organizations and prepare agendas
• Digitize and manage research priorities using available databases
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Understanding of Developmental Disabilities and lived experience
• Must provide a Police Records Check for Vulnerable Sector
