Drive the assurance of LRT maintenance at Metrolinx as the Manager, focusing on project management and infrastructure reliability. This role combines analytical skills with communication excellence to enhance service delivery.

As part of the Maintenance Delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards for LRT systems under P3 contracts. You will be tasked with overseeing contractor performance, risk mitigation, and facilitating key stakeholder coordination to support transit projects and improve long-term infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze contractor performance against compliance standards • Lead technical reviews and investigations of incidents • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management • Coordinate technical workshops with various stakeholders • Build essential relationships with operators and regulators

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Extensive experience in asset management or transit sectors • Solid problem-solving and technical writing skills required • Familiarity with transit maintenance and safety standards • Class G driver's license necessary
