As a Team Leader , you will be a key point of reference on the floor.

Youll remain actively involved in daily operations while guiding the team to ensure each shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to Poulet Rouge standards.

This position is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who enjoys taking on responsibility and wants to develop their leadership skills.

Your Mission Actively participate in daily operations and support the team at different stations based on operational needs.

Coordinate the team during your shift to ensure fast, efficient, and well-organized service.

Set priorities and assign tasks based on operational needs.

Lead by example and support team members in following Poulet Rouge procedures and standards.

Ensure the quality and consistency of products served, as well as order accuracy.

Help deliver a positive customer experience and step in when a situation requires additional attention.

Ensure hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards are followed throughout the shift.

Complete required operational checks and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.

Support the training and onboarding of recent team members on the floor.





Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures when required.

Communicate important issues, follow-ups, or situations to the Restaurant Manager or person in charge.

Maintain clear communication and promote a positive team environment, even during high-volume periods.
