We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the primary human resources expert for a growing manufacturing and sales organization in North America.

As the HR Manager (part-time, 20-30 hours per week), you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver both strategic HR planning and hands-on operational support across office and production facilities.

Location: Vaughan, ON Work Model: Hybrid Salary Range: $83,000 - $93,000 (annualized for 20-30 hours per week) Advantages Highly flexible scheduling options, including part-time hours or compressed full time workweeks.

Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute practical people strategies for commercial and production teams.

Oversee employee relations, workplace health and safety, and return-to-work programs at the manufacturing site.

Drive full-cycle recruitment initiatives for hourly shift workers and salaried corporate roles.

Manage employee immigration processes, local mobility, payroll operations, and overall HR compliance.

Qualifications 6 to 10 years of advancing HR experience, with a CHRL designation highly preferred.

Proven background supporting both corporate office teams and manufacturing floor employees.

Direct, hands-on experience managing immigration streams (such as LMIA, OINP, and work permits).

Strong understanding of Ontario employment and health and safety legislation.
