- Provide primary support in a cooperative team setting
- Implement safety and behavior support plans
- Complete documentation including daily logs and incident reports
- Assist with household tasks and personal care
- Build relationships and rapport in a safe, positive environment Requirements:
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
- Minimum of 1-year experience with neurodiverse individuals
- Criminal Record Clearance and First Aid certification
- Effective de-escalation skills and trauma-informed approach
