Lead monthly financial analysis, reporting packages, and business commentary for Regional Administration and Finance leadership Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting to Regional, Divisional, Branch, and Corporate stakeholders Provide financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making and business objectives Partner with Regional, Divisional, and Branch leadership to improve operating performance, profitability, and financial results Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and company policies Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and monthly management narratives Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries, financial statement review, and collaboration with operational accounting teams Identify and develop opportunities to improve regional profitability and business performance Support acquisition integration activities and related financial analysis Lead financial training and development sessions for Regional, Divisional,
