About the role.As a key member of the North American Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support for salaried and contract corporate roles across North America. Leveraging expertise in talent acquisition and deep understanding of business needs, this role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure top talent.

The Senior Talent Acquisition

Partner will primarily support McCain’s Commercial portfolio, a critical function in delivering the company’s strategic vision and growth objectives. What you’ll be doing.

- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Develop robust talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies, tools, and networks.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, providing hiring recommendations and market insights to stakeholders.
- Manage the job offer process, including offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate consultation.
- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Deliver innovative, cost-effective, and proactive recruiting solutions to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate information within SuccessFactors and Phenom.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Mentor and support team development through knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaboration.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

What you’ll need to be successful.

- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment; agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing talent in competitive or difficult-to-fill markets using multiple technologies and channels.




- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Agility and adaptability to support evolving business needs and multiple functional areas.
- Strong consultative, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies; SuccessFactors and/or Phenom experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results.

CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training,
