Participants will rotate through key areas including Process/Metallurgy, Geology, and Mine Operations to gain comprehensive industry insight.

You will work under mentorship from seasoned professionals while developing vital skills in mining operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in metallurgical sampling and testing
- Engage in core logging and geological mapping
- Support daily mine operations and technical projects
- Collaborate with teams for process optimization
- Assist in data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Geology
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Desire to learn and work in mining environments
- Permanent US or Canada work authorization required
- Willingness to work in remote locations
