As a Senior Solution Analyst, you will collaborate with vendors and technical teams to assess opportunities and define requirements. This role emphasizes solid analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex business processes throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery to implementation. You'll also ensure alignment between business needs and technology enhancements to maximize operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops to clarify business needs and processes
• Document and validate business and functional requirements
• Create process maps, user stories,



and related documentation
• Support implementation of technology initiatives and enhancements
• Build relationships with Engineering and Operations teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in business or solution analysis
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with enterprise software support
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
