The ideal candidate will have expertise in curriculum and program development, assessment, and outcomes measurement, as well as experience in advancing complex initiatives through data-informed decision-making. Essential skills include exceptional communication, relationship-building, and the ability to inspire diverse partners. A commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and continuous quality improvement is also a key requirement for this role. The Dean will be expected to unite the Faculty around a compelling vision and to strengthen community, collaboration, and connection within the institution.
