Key Responsibilities:
• Direct coordination of planning-related services
• Guide the implementation of land use policies
• Oversee infrastructure and special planning projects
• Manage departmental budgeting and finance tasks
• Support growth and development objectives
Requirements:
• Degree in planning from an accredited university
• Minimum of three to five years of relevant management experience
• Proficiency in understanding municipal by-laws
• Capability to work with financial practices and budgets
• Full membership eligibility in Nova Scotia's planning association within three months
