Join Discovery Co-operative’s Farm Supply Team in North Battleford as an Agronomy Expert, enhancing the agronomic services offered to our community. Your role will focus on supporting our grower customers with specific and timely advice.

As a Senior Agronomist, you’ll oversee the development of customer communication plans that align with agronomy services. You'll provide critical insights on pest management and crop nutrition, ensuring growers can make informed decisions. Field activities, including scouting, will be part of your responsibility, elevating standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement grower customer communication strategies
• Offer agronomic advice on seeds and pest management
• Conduct soil testing and field scouting




• Effectively communicate findings to growers
• Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in agriculture or related field
• 6-9 years of agronomy experience
• Registration eligibility with Professional Institute of Agrology
• Certified Crop Advisor qualification preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
