We are looking for an accomplished Business Analyst with 5–10 years of experience in digital contexts, particularly within agency environments. Your ability to communicate across technical and client teams will be key in translating business needs into actionable requirements. This role includes responsibilities in both Agile and Waterfall settings to improve how we work with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirements gathering for internal and external initiatives
• Document clear requirements for UX and development teams




• Create user stories and workflows based on client objectives
• Manage Jira workflows and backlog grooming processes
• Support QA and ensure requirement matches delivery intent

Requirements:
• 5–10 years in digital delivery or solutioning
• Proven track record working with Jira and UX/UI teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Familiarity with accessibility standards is desirable
