In this key role, you will support the retail space management by coordinating repairs, renovations, and deployment projects across corporate stores. Reporting to the Director of Retail Space Management, your main responsibilities include schedule coordination, budget management, and stakeholder engagements. Your proactive approach will help address issues and streamline processes, positively impacting store aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for savings and improvement
• Manage repairs, renovations, and store configurations
• Coordinate closures, asset recovery,



and deliveries
• Prepare project calendars and budgets
• Research solutions and support off-hours construction tasks

Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management, Environmental Design, or related
• Experience in retail construction or facilities management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is beneficial
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
