This full-time position demands significant experience in DDC programming and building automation systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing system faults, repairing equipment, and collaborating with engineers to enhance control efficiencies. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a sustainable, safe setting for university operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and diagnose faults in control systems
• Repair and calibrate control instrumentation and systems
• Wire up control panels using engineering drawings
• Install BAS instrumentation on running systems
• Revise maintenance procedures for new equipment
Requirements:
• Diploma in Instrumentation or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years in DDC and control systems
• Programming knowledge in Siemens, Honeywell, and Johnson Control
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
• Must join IBEW Local 353 if not already a member
