Key Responsibilities:
• Direct HR functions and lead employee relations initiatives
• Manage labor relations and compliance with collective agreements




• Plan and oversee talent acquisition processes
• Support health/wellness program management
• Assist in performance management and leadership coaching

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of HR experience in relevant fields
• Strong skills in labor relations for unionized workforce
• Background in healthcare or mid-sized NPO preferred
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field required
• Skillful in MS Office suite and HRIS usage
