Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate complex vascular access practices
• Educate nursing staff and partners on effective techniques
• Participate in orientation of new hires at CHEO
• Advocate for best practices across departments
• Work alongside community partners to optimize care
Requirements:
• BScN or equivalent experience preferred
• One year of pediatric nursing experience required
• Current CPR certification mandatory
• Solid communication and collaboration skills essential
• Bilingualism is an asset
