Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health is optimized through comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. Duties Perform thorough dental examinations, including the assessment of dental and medical histories
Diagnose dental conditions utilizing clinical skills and diagnostic tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for restorative procedures
Develop personalized treatment plans and communicate options clearly to patients
Carry out various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care
Utilize dental office management software such as Dentrix and Epic to document patient records accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery
Provide specialized care for pediatric patients (Pediatrics), ensuring comfort and understanding during treatments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and stay informed about the latest industry practices
Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing
Proven experience working in a dental office environment with familiarity using Dentrix or similar practice management software
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems is highly desirable
Experience providing pediatric dental care (Pediatrics) preferredStrong understanding of medical terminology related to oral health and general medicine
Hands‑on experience with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented workplace
