This role is perfect for those with robust mechanical skills in diesel engines, snowmobiles, and heavy-duty equipment. You will be critical in maintaining a fleet in real-world conditions, using your resourcefulness to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain diverse fleet of backcountry vehicles
• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in the field
• Maintain site operations through effective equipment management




• Work with lodge team to ensure secure operations
• Keep equipment ready for guest experiences

Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician or similar credentials
• 5+ years’ snowcat experience, 10+ years’ mechanic experience
• Class 5 BC driver's license with clean driving record
• Necessary winter gear for outdoor work conditions
• Effective communication and mechanical skills
