Join Element as a Lead SAP FICA and Localization Expert, where your skills in Mexico’s regulatory requirements will shine. This key role focuses on designing, configuring, and ensuring compliance within SAP FICA for Mexico.

You will take charge of end-to-end SAP configuration for Mexico-specific regulatory needs while collaborating with the Lead Consultant and SAP system integrator. Leveraging your experience in SAP DRC, CFDI invoicing, and tax compliance, you will craft tailored solutions that meet statutory obligations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own end-to-end design for FICA/C2C regulatory requirements • Configure SAP DRC for e-invoicing and reporting • Validate IVA tax determination within FICA • Create compliance-focused test scenarios for regulatory accuracy • Resolve DRC configuration gaps with system integrator

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Minimum 6 years SAP experience and 8 years in FICA • Mandatory hands-on DRC implementation in Mexico • Expertise in DIOT and SAT compliance reporting • Knowledge of IVA, ISR withholding in SAP
