Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and strengthen a multidisciplinary Technology Services team • Manage enterprise application lifecycle and optimization efforts • Advance cloud modernization with Microsoft 365 and Azure • Implement ITIL-based service management best practices • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and legislation

Requirements: • Minimum 12 years of IT management experience • At least 5 years leading full software development lifecycle • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and cloud platforms • Relevant degrees and certifications (ITIL, Azure, AWS) • Must obtain Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance
