In this role, you will oversee the interface between Planet’s cloud platform and its defense capabilities. Collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers, you will focus on technical deliveries, ensuring constructs are viable for mission-critical environments. Your strategic insight will guide product evolution and response to client needs while aligning with broader company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams on defense product delivery solutions • Influence prioritization of mission requirements for GMS/MDA • Ensure operational efficiency in imagery tasking • Scale demand intake for improved product delivery • Lead development of aligned vertical product strategies
Requirements: • Minimum 6 years in technical product management • Solid understanding of geospatial and cloud systems • Background in remote sensing and defense technologies • Proven experience in managing competing priorities • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
