YOU LOVE TO:

Evaluate, diagnose, and repair customer equipment and machinery;

Recondition used equipment for resale by the dealership;

Complete repairs and reconditioning work on designated machinery or equipment within the required timeframes, as outlined on the work order;

Diagnose issues and determine the appropriate repair method and sequence of work before beginning repairs;

Record any additional work that should be performed on the work order and inform the Shop Foreman or Manager;

Prepare new equipment for delivery to customers;

Respond to customers' technical questions and provide expert advice;

Comply at all times with company health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

A DEP in mechanics (construction equipment, agricultural, heavy machinery, or a similar field).

Experience as a shop mechanic or in a similar role.

A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.

Manual dexterity and autonomy: You enjoy solving mechanical problems quickly while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail.
