As a Full-Time Social Worker, your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments and providing therapy using various modalities. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to promote holistic recovery and develop individualized discharge plans for patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct screening and assessments on referred patients
• Provide therapy using multiple psychotherapeutic modalities




• Facilitate education and consultations for patients and families
• Collaborate on discharge planning with treatment teams
• Document patient progress and meet compliance standards

Requirements:
• MSW from an accredited School of Social Work
• Current membership with OASW and OCSWSSW
• At least two years of experience in mental health
• Knowledge of substance use and recovery models
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
