Reporting to the Superintendent of the Value Stream, you will ensure alignment with teams from Maintenance, Reliability, and Continuous Improvement to maximize production output while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with senior staff on plant efficiency and safety
• Oversee seasonal operations planning and issue resolution
• Coordinate and lead critical operational meetings




• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
• Facilitate plant optimization initiatives through field assessments

Requirements:
• 5+ years of plant operations experience required
• Minimum high school diploma and technical training preferred
