As a key member of the Student Talent Coaching team, you will support co-op students through personalized coaching and engagement strategies, aligning their skills with industry needs. This role requires an understanding of co-op programs and an ability to facilitate meaningful connections between students and the job market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate co-op students in job searches and work roles
• Coach students on skill development and market relevance
• Assess needs and create action plans for student support




• Collaborate to optimize student experiences with faculty
• Track skill development progress using database tools

Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree in HR or Marketing
• Experience in co-op, sales, or HR settings
• Understanding of labour market trends and recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and critical thinking abilities
