Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute crisis response strategies
• Offer mental health expertise during emergencies
• Work closely with FNHA teams and community partners
• Implement culturally appropriate support systems
• Build community capacity for long-term wellness
Requirements:
• Degree in health, social sciences, or emergency management
• 3-5 years in related mental health roles
• Preferred registration with a relevant Skilled Body
• Experience in rural or Indigenous settings
• Solid grasp of harm reduction approaches
