Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ServiceNow strategy and roadmap sessions
• Facilitate client workshops and solution discussions
• Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions
• Oversee platform health and optimization
• Manage client satisfaction and technical escalations
Requirements:
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Proven track record in an MSP or GSI environment
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with complex platform implementations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer
