In this role, CGIC seeks a Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or similar fields. You will engage deeply with data, employing techniques like cohort analysis and factor analysis to influence strategic decisions. Your work will enhance the operations of our passionate Claims team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct autonomous descriptive and diagnostic analysis
• Develop metrics for insightful data analysis
• Create proof of concept analytical solutions
• Perform data queries using SQL and other technologies
• Effectively report findings to your team

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence
• Degree in a related domain
• Skills in SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Fabric
• Understanding of data management and analysis
• ACAS or FCAS designations considered an asset
