Support the office operations as an Executive Administrative Assistant, managing schedules and communications for senior leaders. Your role is essential for fostering effective teamwork and coordination.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Associate Vice-President and senior leaders. Three years of office experience in a complex organization is essential. In this role, you will coordinate leadership retreats, staff engagement events, and manage various logistics for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the AVP's and senior leaders' schedules
• Coordinate key priorities and events efficiently
• Facilitate administrative support meetings and initiatives




• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Support off-hours on an emergency basis as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant office experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Solid attention to detail and organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
