Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Documentation Management Specialist in Canada, managing TMFs for clinical studies from a remote setting. Ensure that essential study documentation meets high standards.

As a Trial Master Files Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting clinical research through comprehensive documentation practices. Your responsibilities will include the preparation and organization of TMFs while ensuring compliance with sponsor specifications. Success in this role requires a focus on detail, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a commitment to supporting teams through transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain Trial Master Files accurately
• Ensure completeness and alignment with regulatory requirements




• Create effective indexing systems for documentation
• Foster communication with stakeholders and sponsors
• Manage competing priorities within set deadlines

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 1 year of experience in document management
• Experience in clinical research preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
