As a Senior Project Lead, you will coordinate the design of complex protection and metering systems for substations. This position requires developing technical documentation and providing mentorship to junior engineers. You will ensure that project requirements are met while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize design integration and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate design and deliverables for protection systems
• Oversee the preparation of construction packages
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical oversight




• Manage outage staging and testing plans
• Liaise with clients for project coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.)
• 5+ years in utility protection and control design
• Experience with AutoCAD and engineering documentation
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
