Role: Sr. AI Developer Location: GTA Team size: 10 Role Synopsis: Our client is establishing an Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) and is seeking a Senior AI Developer to help shape the future of its technology landscape.

The successful candidate will be an experienced full-stack developer with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, SQL, and modern web application development.

The role will focus on designing and developing innovative AI-powered applications, integrating artificial intelligence into custom-built solutions, and delivering applications that support both internal corporate teams and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI application development, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI-assisted development practices, including vibe coding.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to build new solutions rather than focus primarily on legacy application maintenance or technology migrations.

Core Technical Requirements Strong full-stack development experience using ASP.NET/.NET, SQL Server, Node.js, Angular, and modern web application frameworks.

Strong proficiency in Type

Script, React and/or Next.js, Node.js, Python, and contemporary web development technologies.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Databricks.

Experience designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered applications into custom business solutions.

Practical experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application architecture.





Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted development practices, including vibe coding.

Ability to work across the full application development lifecycle, with a preference for candidates who have a robust front-end development background.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements, and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills: Strong full-stack development experience with ASP.NET/.NET, SQL Server, Node.js, and Angular.

Proven experience building modern, scalable web applications.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks.

Practical experience developing AI applications using LLMs and RAG.

Strong experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding.

Ability to take ownership of development projects and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Strong Python development experience.

Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Additional experience with Azure Databricks and related data engineering technologies.

Experience with React, Next.js, and other modern front-end frameworks.
