As an Overnight Awake Residential Worker, you will oversee the safety and well-being of two residents with developmental disabilities in Abbotsford. Your shift runs from 11 PM to 7 AM, allowing you to utilize your skills in behavior management and emergency response effectively. You’ll document resident progress and support their routines during your shifts in this fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to residents' medical and behavioral needs overnight
• Secure the building and document incidents accurately




• Assist residents with morning routines and breakfast preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
• Report maintenance issues to the program manager

Requirements:
• High school diploma and a certificate in social services
• WCB Occupational First Aid certification required
• Experience with health challenges preferred
• Willingness to work independently
• Ability to perform a Criminal Record Check
