In this role, you will orchestrate the deployment and support of PACS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare environments. Candidates should possess robust skills in server deployment, MS SQL, and technical troubleshooting while being passionate about leveraging technology to improve clinical outcomes. Your customer engagement experience will be key in resolving complex technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical support issues logged in ServiceDesk
• Perform installations and configurations in Sectra’s environment




• Manage system integrations using standardized interfaces
• Troubleshoot interoperability challenges in workflows
• Maintain expertise in Sectra’s product suite and services

Requirements:
• Degree in computer engineering or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and healthcare IT systems
• Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards
• Bilingual communication skills, English and French
• Proven track record in customer service and organization
