Be a key player at Ryder as a Systems Analyst focused on Logistics Solutions in Milton, ON. Your expertise will enhance our Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems.

This full time position includes managing incident resolution, troubleshooting hardware, and supporting operational teams. You will assist in documenting recurring issues and propose customer enhancements while collaborating directly with Technology Account Leads and internal customers. Leverage your Supply Chain experience to make impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in opening and managing Service Now incident tickets
• Document and identify root causes of recurring issues
• Recommend long-term process improvements
• Oversee IT asset management and reporting
• Provide training and support for technology enhancements

Requirements:
• H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's preferred
• One year experience in Supply Chain or Warehouse operations
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS applications is helpful
• Familiarity with SQL for data queries
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
