Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction for the airport's Operational Safety Program
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders for improved safety




• Implement proactive risk management strategies
• Drive improvements through safety data and metrics
• Manage safety audits and compliance activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in aviation safety leadership
• 3+ years leading teams with a track record of success
• Strong experience in risk management and SMS
• Proven ability in incident investigation
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and best practices
