Shape the future of communications at Six Nations Polytechnic by managing brand strategies and community engagement efforts in this hybrid role. You'll create and implement initiatives that reflect SNP’s core values and enhance visibility.
Reporting to the Dean, your mission involves overseeing SNP’s communications plans, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. You will draft key messaging, manage digital content, and support advocacy efforts, building robust connections within the community and with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee SNP’s website and social media communication strategies
• Write and edit internal and external communication documents
• Participate in government advocacy initiatives to promote resources
• Collaborate with departments on events and communications strategies
• Provide operational leadership and staff management
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant post-secondary degree
• A minimum of 3 years in communications roles, preferably in public sectors
• Experience with social media and digital communication
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Criminal Background Check required
