Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network is seeking a full time Quality Improvement Manager to lead the QI program and drive medical home optimization strategies across ESPCN’s teams.
Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will oversee the QI team and coordinate with EMR consultants, care coordination leads, and clinical staff to implement improvement initiatives and data-driven strategies.
