You will be pivotal in resolving complex IT challenges, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and on-site tech support for clients
• Design and implement tailored network solutions
• Monitor ticketing system for timely issue resolution




• Communicate incident progress to clients effectively
• Document all work performed and maintain project documentation

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a managed IT services provider as System Administrator
• Proficient in Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, and Azure
• Experience with networking technology from Cisco & Palo Alto
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Valid Ontario driver's license for client visits
