You will also create reusable training assets that deliver real value while managing project timelines effectively.

• Advise project leadership on training and change needs

• Schedule and manage training sessions with Electric Mind trainers
• Interface with the client’s change management organization
• Document and promote feedback for continuous training improvement

Requirements:
• Robust background in change management and training
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Skilled in creating clear documentation and training materials
• Familiarity with AI tools essential for training execution
