Be a vital part of the Northview team as a Groundskeeper in Fort St. John, BC. You'll maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation across multiple properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and involves routine groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, and property inspections. You'll handle snow removal, garbage collection, and general upkeep while promptly responding to work orders and resident requests. Your efforts will contribute significantly to property safety and aesthetics, promoting a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean and protected building exteriors and grounds
• Perform snow and ice removal in designated areas




• Conduct property inspections for safety and cleanliness
• Respond timely to assigned work orders and concerns
• Assist with turnover preparations for vacant suites

Requirements:
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clear criminal record check clearance
