Step into a vital role with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as a Financial Coordinator. This onsite position is focused on financial operations and administrative support for addiction recovery services.
The Finance and Administrative Coordinator will manage cash handling, ensure accurate invoicing, and contribute to financial reporting processes. This is a collaborative role assisting both Adult & Teen Challenge and Lighthouse Mission, tying finance back to the mission of recovery and new life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee deposit processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track payments and maintain accounts receivable spreadsheets.
• Enter financial data and assist with audits.
• Support the finance team with monthly and quarterly reports.
• Provide event finance support during fundraising activities.
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary in business or accounting preferred.
• Two years of relevant finance experience, preferably in non-profit.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have a transparent Vulnerable Sector Clearance.
