In this position, you'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers and physicists to design and maintain software crucial for quantum computing. Your work will involve using Common Lisp to enhance system performance and ensure robust calibration and operation of our quantum processors. A solid aptitude for physics and engineering is necessary to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead software development from testing to decommissioning
• Develop calibration software and interfaces for quantum systems
• Improve software usability through better architecture and testing
• Optimize tools for lab operations and software interoperability
• Support QPU solver availability as part of on-call duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in implementing hardware interfaces and Linux systems
• Experience with Git and version control best practices
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
