This permanent, full-time position focuses on the operational success of various aquatic programs, including swimming lessons, endurance training, and recreational swimming. Reporting directly to the Head of Aquatics, you'll ensure program excellence, collaborate with team leads, and maintain quality standards to enhance member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Aquatics program scheduling and implementation
• Guide Deck Leads in daily operational tasks
• Maintain accurate program documentation and participant lists




• Monitor feedback and participation to suggest improvements
• Support payroll administration aligned with club protocols

Requirements:
• At least two years' teaching experience in swimming programs
• Relevant aquatic certifications such as Lifesaving Instructor
• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recreation-management software
• Capable of versatile scheduling, including weekend work
