Reporting to the VP of Construction, this key role requires supervising diverse teams including engineers and workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines. You’ll be involved with planning and executing construction projects efficiently, tackling challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute project plans and schedules
• Supervise on-site construction activities and coordination




• Implement Westview's Safety Program at job sites
• Ensure quality standards and design compliance
• Maintain project diaries and schedules

Requirements:
• Journeyman certificate or related degree
• Minimum 5 years’ construction experience
• High-rise residential construction as an asset
• Robust knowledge of construction methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
