Key Responsibilities:
• Stage work for department based on production needs
• Monitor production process to ensure quality compliance




• Mentor current employees on welding techniques and safety
• Identify and reject nonconforming parts or assemblies
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production efficiency

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years in welding or metal fabrication experience
• 3+ years in quality control preferred
• CWB designation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
