With a focus on 3–5 years of direct real estate experience, this role demands a proactive approach to managing portfolios and overseeing leases from strategy to execution. Ensure optimal investment performance while fielding tenant relations and maintaining occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and report on asset performance and NOI variance
• Lead tenant acquisition and renewals, approving concessions
• Manage operational budgets and oversee property managers
• Support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions
• Develop comprehensive lease-up plans for properties
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in private equity and real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate
• Knowledge of residential tenancy procedures in Ontario
• Experience with third-party property management
• Must have valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
