About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Center of Excellence (VP CoE) to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's Center of Excellence strategy, aligning operational initiatives with business objectives, and providing executive leadership across multiple functions and business units. This executive role also involves establishing standardized processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring organizational performance to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.





Applicants for the VP CoE position at the company should have a proven track record in executive leadership, particularly in the areas of operational excellence, business transformation, or a Center of Excellence. Robust strategic planning, organizational development, and change management experience are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with an MBA or advanced business degree being a plus. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP are also desirable.
